23 Terrorists of Kishtwar operating POK/PAK Got Declared Criminal: SSP
Kishtwar / / Jammu and Kashmir Police says that a special court of Pakistan has arrested 23 terrorists belonging to the district of Kishtwar living in Pakistan or Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

He said that this special court has already convicted 13 terrorists.
The announcement was made, taking the number of convicted criminals to 36.
Giving details to the media, SSP Kishtwar Khalil Paswal said that this important development is the result of diligent efforts of Kishtwar police which initiated the process by preparing vital anti-sex and UAPA in the police station Chattar. Under the relevant payments, FIR was registered under number 2022/90.He said that the investigation being conducted under the leadership of CII and Kishtwar carefully presented all the formal proceedings before the Special Court of IPA. He said that the court has given these accused criminals one month to surrender themselves.Have given time.SSP said that in case of non-surrender, the properties of these criminals will be attached under Section 82 of the Indian Penal Code.He said that the police had already identified the properties of 12 of these criminals.He said: Out of the 13 terrorists convicted in September last year, properties of 7 terrorists have been identified and seized.The work to do has been started.Mr Poswal said that the police are determined to maintain law and order in the district and ensure the safety of the people.He said that the police is working in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies to bring the criminals to book.
